Eugene Lockhart Jr. of Keswick and John Charles Thomas of Richmond are the newest members of the Board of Trustees of the Thomas Jefferson Foundation.
Both Lockhart and Thomas have begun four year terms with the non profit corporation that has owned and operated Monticello since 1923.
Lockhart has served as president of the Board of Managers at UVa. Thomas previously served on the TJF board from 1992 to 1999.
