Salvation Army Prepares for Thanksgiving Feast
The Salvation Army is gearing up to make sure everyone has a Thanskgiving meal this year. The kitchen at the Salvation Army in Charlottesville will be bustling Thursday when volunteers will dish up turkey and all the trimmings for those in need.

The Salvation Army is gearing up to make sure everyone has a Thanskgiving meal this year.
The kitchen at the Salvation Army in Charlottesville will be bustling Thursday when volunteers will dish up turkey and all the trimmings for those in need.
"It means everything. We're helping folks that are down and out especially in this economic downturn," says Captain Dan Matthews with the Salvation Army.
The Thanksgiving dinner at the Salvation Army will be held Thursday from 12:00-1:30 pm at the Ridge Street location in Charlottesville.
It's located on Ridge Street in downtown Charlottesville.
