Seung-Hui Cho, the gunman responsible for killing 32 people at Virginia Tech, reportedly never went to his court-ordered mental health treatment.
Court papers show that a judge, who found Cho an imminent threat to himself and others, ordered him into involuntary outpatient treatment in December 2005.
The Washington Post is reporting that neither the court nor the mental health facility followed up on the judge's order, and Cho never went to get treatment.
Police and mental health officials are not confirming the report.
