Third Suspect Arrested in Buckingham Murder

May 7, 2007

The third suspect in a murder in Buckingham County was arrested Friday in Wilmington, Delaware. Turner is suspected of gunning down Clarence Austin in March with Theodore Timberlake and Claude Booker.

Buckingham County Police asked for help from U.S. marshals after they believed Turner had fled the state. Authorities say that Turner attempted to run after being spotted Friday.

Turner is being transported back to Buckingham County Monday where he will await arraignment which will most likely be held on May 11th. Turner will be held without bond.
