Stroller Fit
In light of Mother's Day, new moms trying to lose that baby weight have a new option that includes using the baby.

Stroller Fit is an exercise program for moms that include the baby. Singing, counting and movement keeps the baby entertained while mom is getting fit. Classes began Monday, May 7, but you can still sign up. For more information, log on to www.strollerfit.com.
