The parents of Justine Abshire are offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in their daughter’s death.
Abshire was killed in a hit and run accident in Barboursville in November.
The details surrounding her death are still a mystery.
State police say the victim's car broke down, and when her husband arrived, he found her body several hundred feet from her car.
