Third Suspect Arrested in Charlottesville Shooting

A third suspect has been arrested in connection with the shooting of a Charlottesville teenager.

Police say that 19-year-old Javier Garcia was picked up Wednesday night in the Bronx. He's charged with felonious assault and shooting into an occupied dwelling.

A 16-year-old was shot in the chest back in March. Two other teens have already been charged in the shooting.
