Three Boys and Girls club members from Charlottesville are setting out on quite a trip Friday morning, a 350 mile cycling trip.

Over the next five days, the cycling trip will take them through state parks, Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia. Since last year the three have been training in the off season, and recently cycled over 150 miles in the MS society's bike tour.

"We went like from 10 miles to 20, from 20 to 40, 40 to 60 and eventually to a hundred" said 16-year-old Ali Adish.

"This trip is a perfect chance to see, test our abilities and do some sightseeing and college tours along the way" said 17-year-old Alex Cox.

The three guys also plan to visit Georgetown University and the University of Pennsylvania along the way. Both are schools they're interested in. Along the way they'll sleep in tents at campgrounds.
