Crews are still investigating what caused a building to collapse on 6th Street SE in Charlottesville.
The building inspector believes it could have been caused by strong winds.
Authorities arrived on scene, and four people were stuck inside, an adult and three teens.
Everyone was able to make it out unharmed.
