Police Arrest Suspect In Middle School Break-In

Albemarle County police are investigating an overnight break-in at Burley Middle School and have arrested one suspect.

Police arrested 21-year-old Brandon Eubanks for breaking in to the school. Officers received a call about an alarm going off at the school.

When authorities arrived they found a window that had been broken. Eubanks was later found hiding inside. He has been charged with breaking and entering and attempted grand larceny.

He is currently being held in jail without bond.
