For busy families with jam packed schedules, putting dinner on the table is always an uphill battle. Often times, dinner plans involve a trip to the drive-thru.

Supper Supers help people with demanding schedules get back to basics with a twist on a traditional home-cooked meal. They shop, chop and mop. All you have to do is show up and follow the recipie they provide. It's quick, easy and allows more time for you to share with your family around the dinner table.

You can also freeze the meals, which is something that Jill Costello, Super Suppers' teaching chef, already did for her own family before opening up her franchise in Albemarle County.

Each entree serves up to 6 people and costs $22 each. Click on the link provided to learn more about the recipies being featured this month or to host a Super Suppers party.
