Many of us have fitness routines to stay in shape, and we tend to stick with what works. But it is actually better to find your weakness before improving your strengths.

Gold's Gym trainer, Daniel Harper, says finding your weakness is actually a good thing, 'if we did everything you were good at, we're not making any improvements. If I can find the things you are not so good at and improve upon those then you'll be more balanced, more well rounded."

Another mistake Harper says people make is ignoring a muscle group. And the one thing you should never ignore is leg training, "they're your biggest muscle group, so they're your biggest calorie burners. So if you can activate those they can burn calories for you and it's less you have to do on the treadmill or anywhere else. It's activating your body to burn."

Harper continues to say that once you get your training regime, remember to switch it up. So that your body is not used to doing it.

Sure, go to ACAC -- but don't you dare talk, breathe, sweat, blink, etc. You must maintain a library, hospital, morgue level of sound at all times. I've worked with three trainers and I saw better results when I worked with Daniel.

Regardless of what gym you choose, the idea is to just create healthy changes. Justin is an awesome trainer, I have worked with him in the past myself years ago. As far as my background/qualification's go, I am AFAA & ASFA certified, APEX certified. I also have 6 years of personal training experience, working with anywhere from 6 to 25 clients a week. Just wanted to clarify and correct any bad information for everyone reading this.

stay at ACAC..Daniel is not a qualified trainer, I was told he's not certified.from experience ACAC has a much higher quality staff. From my experience, try Justin Tooley, I have confidence he'll help you achieve/ exceed your goals at ACAC while meeting wonderful people!
