Judge May Lose Job Over $67 Million Pants Lawsuit

A judicial panel is deciding whether Washington, D.C. administrative judge Roy Pearson should keep his job.

Pearson gained notoriety after suing a dry cleaners for $54 million for losing his pants. He lost the case and now a three judge panel is deciding whether or not he should lose his job.

The panel is looking at Pearson's conduct in the case. They met for several hours Wednesday night but have not reached a decision. They are expected to decide by early next week.
