An important reminder from the City of Charlottesville.
The city has mailed all of it's resident's a survey about it's trash service.
The survey can either be filled out on-line or you can mail the paper survey back to City Hall.
Officials tell us that one of the purposes of this survey is to find out residents expectations of their trash service.
"Typically in any city, trash service is what you are going to hear about the most good or bad. So what we would like to find out is as a customer what do you expect to see on you day off trash service and are we living up to it. So we hope to have a better idea of where we stand as we move onto next year," said Rick Barrick, City Spokesperson.
