There's always a mad dash at an Easter egg hunt, and that was the case again as the Kluge Children's Rehabilitation Center held its 37th annual hunt Thursday afternoon.
The hunt was more about the kids than the candy. Kids at the hospital scattered throughout its courtyard, searching for eggs.
The eggs weren't filled with candy because of the kids' dietary restrictions, but they did receive a stuffed animal at the end of the hunt for their efforts.
The Charlottesville Professional Firefighters have sponsored the event for every year it's been held.
