Wednesday officials from five different jurisdictions trained for an active shooter situation.
The drill simulated a scenario like those school shootings. To keep the drill as realistic as possible, officers weren't given any information about the scene until moments before they arrived.
"They kept it a secret until today so these guys that are getting ready to go in they don't know what the scenario will be until they get there," Orange County Sheriff Mark Amos said.
Wednesday's drill simulated two disgruntled employees opening fire inside a school, wounding several people.
