Virginia Suspect In NJ Killings Won't Fight Extradition

August 22, 2007

One of the suspects charged in the execution style killings of three friends in New Jersey won't fight extradition from Virginia.

Alexander Alfaro was arrested in Woodbridge on Saturday. The 16-year-old is being charged as a juvenile with three counts of murder, one count of attempted murder and other charges.

Another suspect is Alfaro's half-brother, Rodolfo Godinez, who is fighting extradition in Maryland.

Four other suspects have pleaded not guilty to gunning down the
three friends in a school yard earlier this month. A fourth survived. Authorities say robbery is a motive.
