Two Virginia Brothers Win Mega Millions

September 13, 2007

After a nearly two week wait, the holders of the winning Mega Millions ticket in Virginia have stepped forward.

Tucker "TJ" Adcock of Buckingham and his brother Bernard Adcock of Appomattox are splitting the winning ticket.

They chose the annuity option, which means they will split more than $3 million each year for the next 26 years.

Tucker currently works three jobs and says he will drop one of those jobs and continue to work the other two.

Bernard is a retired correctional officer.

Four winning tickets were sold to the $330 million Mega Millions jackpot on August 31.
