AMBER Alert Cancelled for Tommy Lee Able Engle

The search has ended for a missing child out of Patrick County. Wednesday, police found Tommy Lee Able Engle with his father in Pikeville, Kentucky.

The search has ended for a missing child out of Patrick County.

Tuesday, State Police issued an AMBER Alert for a 3-year-old boy who was possibly abducted by his father.

Wednesday, police found Tommy Lee Able Engle with his father, Tommy Lee Travis Engle, in Pikeville, Kentucky.

According to WKYT/WYMT, the father is currently in the Pike County Detention Center.

The child is reported to be safe.

Law enforcement had said the child was in “extreme danger.”

The child's father was reported to have made suicidal and homicidal threats, and was considered armed and dangerous.
