Accused Embezzler Enters Guilty Pleas

After two and a half years of running from the law, former businessman James Baldi enters guilty pleas in Albemarle County court.

Baldi entered into a plea agreement on four counts of embezzlement on Tuesday morning. He agreed to plead guilty to an embezzlement charge in the City of Charlottesville as well.

Baldi is accused of embezzling an undisclosed amount of money from WK Foods and Proffitt Management.

he is scheduled to be back in court in August.
