Albemarle County firefighters traded fire equipment for golf clubs Monday afternoon for a charity golf tournament.
The event took place at the Spring Creek Golf Course in Gordonsville. It was put on to raise money for the Central Virginia Burn Camp.
Area firefighters say it feels good to be able to help others, even when they're not fighting fires or out on rescue calls.
The department presented a check to the burn camp for $4,000.
