The man accused of killing a hunting beagle on his property in November, is facing additional charges.
Michael Mullins is accused of animal cruelty, larceny of a dog, and receiving stolen goods.
A group of hunters in Scottsville say Mullins killed one of their hunting dogs and destroyed its tracking collar back in November.
Mullins will be back in court in January for a hearing.
