Fluvanna County Sheriffs have arrested 32 year-old Kevin Scott Burchardt of Amherst County for a series of nighttime residential burglaries.
Burchardt is believed to have broken into homes between Christmas day through December 27th.
Detectives, Investigators and Officers from multiple police departments executed three search warrants, which resulted in them discovering a "vast amount of stolen property".
Burchardy is being held at the Albemarle County Regional Jail without bond. He is also suspected of several burglaries in the central Virginia region and additional charges are pending in both Fluvanna and other jurisdictions.
