The man accused of killing three people after a home invasion robbery in Greene County was back in court Tuesday morning.
Tuesday's hearing was supposed to determine whether Taybronne White is competent to stand trail, but that decision has been put on hold.
In court, lawyers for both sides of the case asked the judge for more time to receive the results of an incomplete mental competency review.
The judge agreed the finalized mental report is "critical" for the case to proceed, and granted the request.
The judge praised the prosecutor and defense attorneys for their professionalism and cooperation and said, although the arraignment had been postponed yet again, the lawyers have been efficient.
White is facing capital murder charges in the shooting deaths of three people in Greene County back in May of 2011.
He is set to appear in court for his arraignment February 1, 2013.
