The city of Charlottesville is adding its artistic touch to new bike racks.
The new bike racks can be found outside of the main branch of the Jefferson-Madison Regional Library on Market Street.
The racks are part of the city's "Art in Place" program. The racks are designed to resemble a bicycle wheel. It's the last of four similar racks to be installed in the city over the past few years.
