Balloons Released in Honor of Missing Man

Family and friends of Dashad Smith gathered at Lee Park in Charlottesville Thursday night to release balloons in honor of his birthday.

Dashad has been missing since November 20. He was last seen on West Main Street, saying he was meeting a friend.

Dashad turned 20 years old on Thursday.
