It's all a part of the Belk Gives, On-The-Go Mobile Mammography.

Starting at the age of 40, women are recommended to get a mammogram every year. With the mobile mammography all the equipment is set up in the transformed RV, with hopes that breast cancer can be detected early.

“Everybody knows someone who is affected by breast cancer,” says Emmy Miller, radiology technician. “The key to treating breast cancer is early detection.”

“Most breast cancers are very treatable if caught early and that's where a mammogram comes in.”

The big pink RV goes all around the country setting up shop at different Belk stores and helping women in need.
