The Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce is showing its support for Medicaid expansion in Virginia.
The Virginia Chamber of Commerce voiced its support on Monday, Feb. 24.
The Charlottesville chamber passed a resolution today, saying expansion will bring in more money for the state, and that not expanding would result in a direct economic loss for Virginia.
They say they support expansion to help reduce costs for currently uninsured patients and employers.
