Charlottesville city councilors and members of the community are gearing up to make another special visit to a special city.
Charlottesville's sister city is Winneba, Ghana. Vice Mayor Kristin Szakos, councilor Dave Norris and eight community members are finalizing the 10-day trip at the end of April.
Goals of the trip include: to continue building relationships with the people who live there and learn from the community leaders and university officials.
