Charlottesville Police Investigate Overnight Shooting

Charlottesville Police are investigating an early morning shooting at the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant on Arlington Boulevard.

The incident happened shortly before 2 a.m. in the parking lot between the restaurant and Harris Teeter.

Police said two women were fighting in the restaurant and then went to the parking lot. An unknown man fired three bullets and hit a 2001 Jaguar. Police estimate damages are around $500.

No one was hit or injured, and everyone had fled by the time police officers arrived.
