City Council Candidate Celebrates Small Businesses
Independent Charlottesville City Council candidate Bob Fenwick held a celebration Thursday for small businesses at the Downtown Mall.

Independent Charlottesville City Council candidate Bob Fenwick held a celebration Thursday for small businesses at the Downtown Mall.
The candidate for council says its important the city government understands how critical small business are to the Charlottesville economy.
He also says he is a small businessman himself and has wants the council and city government to help local businesses.
"Small business is pretty rough, there is a pretty high failure rate, and one of the reasons is that the government looks at them simply as a means of taxation, or for control ,and I say give them help have policies that will help," said Fenwick.
