Club Mo, the personal training center, hosted a health fair event outside of the IX Building.
The health fair gives people plenty of motivation to get in shape for the summer.
Whole Foods and Relay Foods also set up shop to show people how to make healthy decisions when it comes to food and supplements.
The trainers say they just want people to get excited about fitness.
“People are kind of aware of the options available to them,” says Kalil Mohammed, co-founder of Club Mo. “Charlottesville is very outdoorsy, very outgoing community and we really want to be a part of that.”
“We just want to cultivate a healthy environment.”
There were also vendors and places for kids to get out and play, with hopes of starting an interest in fitness early.
