He was found not guilty of the malicious wounding of Willie Roy during an attempted robbery at a home on Ford Avenue. More details tonight as they come into the Newsplex.
Lawyers wrapped up their closing arguments earlier in the day, now the jury is reviewing the case.
Closing arguments are underway in the Taybronne White murder trial in Greene County.
White faces 11 charges, including three first-degree murder charges in the deaths of Dustin Knighton, Brian Daniels, and Lisa Hwang.
Prosecutors say White shot and killed his three friends after a botched robbery.
During closing arguments, the prosecutor told jurors Whites DNA was found on the pistol used in the murders. A bloody t-shirt was also found near the bodies, and a bandanna used during the botched robbery wasn't a coincidence.
White's defense team is currently presenting their closing arguments.
CBS19 has a reporter in the courtroom, and will be updating this article as more information becomes available.
