It's an annual craft fair bringing together both arts and crafts lovers and animal lovers. Many came out to the Crafts for Critters Fair to benefit the Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA.
More than a dozen vendors set up in the ballroom of the Holiday Inn on Emmett Street to support the SPCA and show off their special crafts.
Vendors also donated items for a raffle which also raised money at the event.
They showcased a few kittens for a holiday special and some were adopted right there on the spot.
"When I had the opportunity to help out the SPCA and help out other animals who are still waiting to be adopted, I thought it was a great opportunity to help out the community," said event coordinator Heather Gerry.
As this fair passes, fans don't have to wait too long for the next one.
The SPCA is looking forward to the next Critter Fair in the spring.
