Residents of the Weyers Cave district will get a chance to talk with their delegate, Steve Landes, next week.
Landes will be holding a town hall meeting in Stuarts Draft, Harrisonburg, and Crozet to hear what the people have to say.
“I look forward to hearing from constituents at these three town meetings as we prepare for the 2013 General Assembly Session,” Landes said. “It is important to me as an elected official to listen and learn of citizens’ concerns prior to session, and town meetings provide an excellent opportunity to do so.”
Delegates Ben Cline and Dickie Bell will join Landes for the first meeting, which will be on January 2nd, 2013, at 7:00 PM at Guy K. Stump Elementary School, 115 Draft Avenue, Stuarts Draft.
Landes and Delegate Tony Wilt will be at the Rockingham County Administration Building (Entrance A), 20 East Gay Street, Harrisonburg on January 5th. That town hall meeting will begin at 9:00 AM.
The third meeting will also be on January 5th, but is scheduled for 1:00 PM in the Main Dining Room at The Lodge at Old Trail, 330 Claremont Lane, Crozet.
