A bond review has been delayed for the man accused of trying to abduct a two year-old child at Fashion Square.
46 year-old James Kevin Key was denied bond in November.
During the hearing his attorneys said Key had a medical condition known as Absence Seizures, and was disoriented when he grabbed the child.
The judge said he would be open to a bond review once Key's defense attorneys could provide more documentation on his medical condition.
