Dozens of STAB Students Still Out Sick

December 11, 2012

The flu continues to be a problem in local schools, but things are improving.

Only 25 students in the Upper School at Saint Anne's-Belfield were out sick on Tuesday. That's down from more than a hundred who were sick last week.

A flu shot clinic is scheduled for later this week.

Albemarle County schools have seen more students out sick this week, but they say that's normal for this time of the year.

The school system sent an email to families with recommendations on how to keep germs from spreading.
