There was a lession in going green and sustainability in Downtown Charlottesville on Sunday.

Those are the themes of today's EcoFair at the Main Street Arena.

Those who attended received tips for recycling, hybrid cars, natural teas and wind energy.

Exhibitors were even going table to table to learn about other eco organizations in the community.

"Try to begin to be creative in making decisions that are gonna make a difference for the future. The future of families and their children, the future and well being of our community and for other communities other than Charlottesville," Joanie Freeman of Transition Charlottesville/Albemarle said.

Freeman manned two different exhibit tables and said it was a good way to network with others and share their eco-knowledge with those passing through the fair.
