Officials from the US Department of Justice arrived in Augusta County this week to inspect polling places there.
Monday's inspection is the result of a voter complaint against the Churchville Volunteer Fire Department, saying the polling place wasn't equipped to handle handicapped voters.
Officials say there are two ramps used for handicapped voters to get into the building, and that all polling places in the county are handicap accessible.
The Justice Department toured all the polling places.
