Fatal Crash in Fluvanna County

Police are investigating the cause of a fatal crash in Fluvanna County earlier Thursday.

Police say the driver, John B. Jerrell, Jr., from Fluvanna County, ran his truck off the road and hit a tree just before the light at James Madison Highway and Three Notch Road.

Investigators believe the crash was due to a medical condition.

No other cars were involved in the crash.
