Fluvanna County will have to pay more than $37,000 in legal fees to blogger Bryan Rothamel. Rothamel and the Rutherford Institute sued the county over its ordinance banning the public from displaying the county seal.
Rothamel used the county seal on his blog, Fluco Blog. The blog no longer exists.
Earlier this year, a judge ruled that the ordinance is unconstitutional.
