A new housing report indicates foreclosure rates in the Charlottesville area are falling.
According to CoreLogic, foreclosure rates in October were just over three quarters of a percent, down slightly from last year.
The Charlottesville rate is also lower than the national foreclosure rate, which is currently at three percent.
