The case of a former Boy Scout leader, accused of sexually assaulting a child, is going forward.
A grand jury indicted 49 year-old David Brian Watkins on Monday on one count of forcibly sodomizing a child younger than 13.
Investigators said Watkins abused a scout in 2005.
Watkins is being held without bond at the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail. His trial is set for April 2.
