Former Scout Leader Receives Dozens of Additional Charges

A former Boy Scout leader that has been charged with sex crimes is now facing dozens of additional charges.

On Monday, David Brian Watkins was indicted on 69 new charges, handed down by a grand jury.

Watkins has pleaded not guilty to three counts of forcible sodomy with a child under 13.

The alleged abuse dates back to 2005.

Watkins led Keswick Troop 1028 from 2002 to 2008.
