If you are thinking about picking up a new book, you might want to head over to the 49th annual spring book sale.

The Friends of the Library are hosting their annual spring book sale at the Gordon Avenue Library in Charlottesville.

There are thousands of books to choose from and are up for grabs at low prices.
The manager of the sale says most of the books are donated by people in the community.

“Over 90 percent of the books are donated by the community and we've had a lot of comments this year on what good quality the books are,” says Bill Davis, manager of the book sale. “Some are brand new looking and people are pleased with what they are finding.”

The sale began on Saturday and goes until April 6th, from 10AM to 7 in the evening each day. Books are also half off on April 5th and 6th.
