Home values are on the rise in Charlottesville.
New data from CoreLogic shows a 2.8% increase in home prices in January compared to the same time last year. Prices rose 0.4% between December and January.
Nationally, home prices have gone up by 9.7% in January 2013 compared to January 2012. National home prices increased by 0.7% from December to January.
CoreLogic data suggests that February home prices are expected to rise by 9.7%
