Home Prices in Charlottesville Increase

Homes across Charlottesville are gaining value, according to a new report.

CoreLogic says, home prices in Charlottesville rose by 4.4% in February of this year compared to this same time last year.

Nationally, home prices also increased by 10.2% during the same time frame.

These numbers represent the biggest year-over-year increase nationally since March 2006.
