Home Prices Going Down While Sales Are Going Up
Nest Reality released a report about the Charlottesville area housing market.

Nest Reality released a report about the Charlottesville area housing market.
The report says the number of houses sold is increasing, but the prices of homes is decreasing.
According to the report the area job market is helping to increase home sales but, there are not as many homes for sale.
Employees from Nest Reality say home prices may continue to drop for awhile.
