February 13, 2013

The Virginia General Assembly has passed a bill that will make it easier to fire bad teachers.

They approved a bill that changes the teacher evaluation process.
It requires annual evaluations and teachers can be fired after one bad appraisal. The bill also extends probation periods for teachers.
