MHS Students Build Teamwork on 1st Day of School

Monticello High School (MHS) students took time out on this first day of school to focus is on teamwork.

Teachers took 30 minutes to help students jump start making new friends and creating a positive team work environment.

"The Making Infused curriculum is, is a great avenue to help teachers make the lesson come alive for the children and to help make learning relevant," said MHS Principal Dr. Jesse Turner.

The activities encourage students to use problem-solving skills, teamwork and creativity in the classroom and when working together.
